This town remains a hot spot of the famous French
Riviera
One can distinguish 5 different areas, each with
its own characteristics:
Saint Roman sits on the Monegasque border; this
structured sector provides sport and leisure facilities
(Monte-Carlo Country Club, The beach...),
Cabbé, Bon Voyage and Serret; the majority
are all villa residential areas which are widely
spread unpopulated areas where the land is particularly
sloping, offering a typical image of the French
Riviera. In these sectors, one can find many architectural
elements, which represent wealth and culture within
the community (E1027, Cabanon de Le Corbusier,
Chapelle Bon Voyage...),
The old village has traditional picturesque (the
village is perched on the hillside) from past
evidence (Chateau from the 10th Century) and traces
of moderness (new district of Rataou),
Carnolès which houses some of the more
modern structures, continues as far as the north
of the railway line and stops at the seaside,
and makes up some of the main houses of the urban
community,
Le Cap-Martin is a long peninsula with sheer edges,
